type shutdown and click next ,
Now when u you want shutdown your computer just click this shortcut. you can do much more with a shutdown shortcut than merely shutdown your PC.

use for Shuts down the PC.
-l
use for Logs off the current user.
-t nn
use for Indicates the duration of delay time before performing the action, value in seconds.
-c "message"
use for Displays a message . max 127 characters . Must be enclosed in quotation marks.
-f
use for Forces any running applications to shut down.
-r
use for Rebooting your PC.
This example
shutdown -s -t 04 -c "You Shut me Down"
it will shutdown your computer in four second and display "You Shut me Down" in shutdown windows.
shutdown -r -t 02 -c "You rebooting me"
it will reboot your computer in two second and display "Yau rebooting me" in shout down windows.
